Bell St, Preston, Melbourne. Pretty much the northern bound of civil society in Melbourne, with mostly crack-heads north of the boundary. I'd report it to the police -- failure to indicate, use of bus lane, crossing over single white line, deliberately merging into another vehicle -- but I have absolutely no faith in the ability and motivation of Fawkner Police (also north of Bell St) or indeed the rest of Victoria Police to uphold the law.
