World’s slowest close pass

Overtake in a 40 km/h zone. Had to brake to avoid hitting the back of them after they swung in to avoid the island. Obviously waiting the 10 seconds to get past the daycare to where the road widens would have been unreasonable, especially since I can only maintain 35 km/h up that hill.
