Total Turf pick-up cuts me off after close pass

8:48am on a Saturday, just before connecting with North County Trail, this guy did close pass over double-yellow in blind corner... and due to on-coming traffic cut me off as he passes. No front camera footage as replacement brackets still seem to be sold out.
