Swansea Council Van

Ridding through country lanes when a council van with a trailer passes very closely, with the video I positioned the tramlines to 1m and you can clearly see he was within that perimeter. Also in the footage you can see that he had a clear view in front and no on coming vehicles to hinder his pass but instead opted to pass extremely close which caused me to fear that I was about to get hit by the trailer that he was pulling.
