Nearly Head on Collision with Kia EV6 DV74 OGL

Turning left onto Thornton Gardens, there were parked cars on my right. And there was a oncoming car, a Kia EV6, reg DV74 OGL. As I had right of way, I slowed just opposite a parking space to my right to allow the Kia to filter in and allow me to pass. Instead, the Kia drive straight me. I took avoiding action, jinking left, letting go of my right hand to get my right arm out of the way of the front edge and right wingmirror of the Kia. Nearly lost my balance due to the avoiding action.
