Mount Panorama motorist/idiot on the wrong side of the road

I regularly use the Mount Panorama racing circuit to start or finish my daily ride. You should always ride in the direction that the track is used for racing as you regularly get drivers who think they are racing. This video shows a peanut going around turn 2 at the end of mountain straight. Negotiating a blind corner completely on the wrong side of the road.
