Incompetent Cyclist Cannot Corner Properly and Crash into me

A cyclist from the opposing lane crashed into me at a corner. The cycling path had the double-white mark, which meant no lane changing, but the incompetent cyclist continued to cross the lane, cornered badly and crashed into me in the opposite lane.
