If you’re going to do a close pass, don’t do it in a company vehicle with your phone number plastered all over it

Reported this to the police. They spoke to the driver - no further action taken. Phoning the company to ask the driver to come into the station for a chat was pretty easy, given that you can easily make out the company name and phone number on the side and rear panels.
