Hill blocks view – almost head on collision on double yellow blindside hill

Honda driver can not see oncoming traffic due to hill. Bike rider is almost at top of hill when Honda decides to pass on double yellow hill. There is oncoming traffic the Honda driver can not see and has to slam on brakes, avoid cyclist and pull over to avoid head on collision while almost getting rear ended by truck behind it, oncoming traffic has to almost slow to a complete stop and there is another car behind them avoiding another rear end collision. The license plate of Honda appears altered as some letters and numbers are very clear and others not clear. Notice sign at end of video... "Hill Blocks View" Have had many close calls on this hill...this was the closest. Driver couldn't wait 10-15 seconds for biker to clear hill and obtain a clear line of sight for safe pass.
