Dump Truck Makes an ilegal Lane passing

On this ride we are experiencing high cross winds blowing from our left, when we started approaching this curve we heard the loud sound of a big engine reaching us from the left and getting closer, we saw a car approaching on the opposite lane, but never imagine this vehicle behind us will make that reckless move…. Thank to god it was just a scary moment.
