Bus passes way too close

On the ride home from our usual Tuesday ride, this bus completed a completely unnecessary and risky pass that is clearly illegal. There were four of us riding single file at this point, and turned into the bike path soon after at the bottom of the hill. All that was required was to wait behind us for 20 seconds/about 300m, and we would have been out of the way. Instead, this driver chose illegal driving, putting all four of us at risk.
The time stamp on the footage is incorrect as the camera hadn't been synced since daylight savings time change back.
