Bennelong Parkway and Marjorie Jackson intersection

Our Saturday ride around Olympic Park in Sydney includes an intersection where the cars coming off Bennelong Parkway turn into Marjorie Jackson Boulevard. Cars coming from Bennelong Parkway have a 'Give Way" sign that they need to comply with. The contour of the intersection allows drivers to turn slightly before hitting the intersection and as such they don't tend to stop or even slow down to look right!!!. There is also the problem with oncoming traffic on Marjorie Jackson Boulevard that don't tend to look either.

There are numerous close calls at this intersection, just last Saturday our group had a frightening scare of a car not giving way. Very lucky that all 5 riders stayed upright and didn't crash into the side or back of the offending vehicle or into oncoming traffic.
