2020-12-31 – KN59 LNJ – driver must be blind at poor infrastructure mini-roundabout

The driver of KN59 LNJ must be blind. They cannot see the state of the cycle 'lane' delineated by a white line. As stated it is the Highway Code it is absolutely not a requirement to cycle here and in fact for me to do so would have been dangerous. There is the door zone in the first section, then in the dashed lane there debris left unswept and then poor surface condition underneath. Then the driver forgets how fat their vehicle is and tries to overtake but there is no space to do so as there is a keep left sign. Owing to the often dangerous manoeuvres some drivers opt to take, I shall have to move into the primary position more often to avoid this.
