2 seconds later "now it's safe to park, oops forgot about the cyclist"
10 seconds later "you can get out now passenger, be careful the cyclist isn't filtering past though . . . . . ah f**k it, I didn't hit him the last two times, what more does he want?"

Could the number plate is warning of the DOZY driver?.
